1、论检察官客观义务摘要摘要检察官作为“法律的守护人"，代表国家追诉犯罪，为了发现案件的真实情况，不应站在当事人的立场上，而应站在客观立场上，全面收集证据，依法保障诉讼参与人的权利，实现公平正义，促进社会和谐。受我国“国家本位”、“专政工具论"的传统刑事诉讼理念的影响，检察官在刑事诉讼中，所谓重实体公正忽视程序公正，重视打击犯罪，忽视保护诉讼参与人的合法权益，与检察官客观义务相背离，不利于维护公平正义，不利于促进社会和谐发展。本文用比较研究的方法，考察了检察官客观义务理论形成历史，并结合我国实际，提出检察
