1、我国罪犯劳动改造制度的研究了监狱行刑工作的质量，由此引起了社会各界和法律学者的广泛关注。本文主要从完善我国罪犯劳动改造制度的目的出发，对我国的罪犯劳动改造制度进行了系统的研究，通过阐述我国罪犯劳动改造制度的基本理论，剖析我国罪犯劳动改造制度的现状，指出了存在的种种不完善之处，并在比较借鉴现代国外监狱有关罪犯劳动改造制度的规定的基础上，提出了完善我国罪犯劳动改造制度的几点建议。本文分为三个部分：第一部分界定分析了我国罪犯劳动改造制度的内涵、基本特征；第二部分剖析了我国罪犯劳动改造制度的现状，指出现行罪犯劳动改造制度中的存在的种种问题；第三部分研究借鉴现代国外监狱有关罪犯劳动

5、ofimprovingthequalityChina’sprisonexecution.ItcanbesaidthatstudyonChina’slaborreformsystemofcriminalisboththeeternalthemeoftheprisonexecutionwork,andtheproblem,neededtoconstantlylookat,ofthedevelopmentofcurrentprisonexecutionwork.Atpresent,China’scriminallaborreformsystemisdeterminedmainl
