1、超声定位单极冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的疗效分析(山东省禹城市人民医院放射科251200)【摘要】目的：研究超声引导多点扇形立体定位单极冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法：对32例肝癌患者的39个肿瘤设计多点扇形立体定位法施行超声引导经皮单极冷循环射频消融(UnipolarcoldcircularradiofrequencyablationUCRFA)沿疗。患者沿疗前超声常规扫描定位，超声多切面扫描，设计肿瘤类球形立体投影。将射频电极经导向器穿刺肿瘤至肿瘤底部,根据肿瘤大小由深至浅进行消融治疗；治疗后1个月行增强CT或CEUS检查

2、评估治疗效果。结果：39个肿瘤共消融次数127次，每个肿瘤平均消融3.25次。治疗后1个月CT复查，肿瘤体积缩小，CECT示肿瘤无强化者89.29%,部分强化者10.71%;CEUS示肿瘤内无增强者87.38%,部分增强者12.62%。结论：临床应用结果表明超声引导多点扇形立体定位单极RFA治疗肝癌疗效可靠，提高了较大肝癌消融灭活率。【关键词】射频消融；超声引导；多点扇面；单机冷循环；肝癌；【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】2095-7165(2015)15-0146-02UxinDepartmentofRadiolog
