7、·········26中文摘要全麻下气管插管术后患者的嗓音声学参数变化摘要目的:通过计算机嗓音声学检测获得全麻下行气管插管术的成年患者插管前后的声学参数值,分析全麻下气管插管是否对患者嗓音产生影响,并观察其各参数的变化规律。方法:(1)选择对象:收集了于2017.01-2017.10期间于河北医科大学第二医院择期行耳部手术治疗且均需要全麻下行气管插管术的患者52例,患者均为成年人,发音正常,无烟酒嗜好,排除咽喉部疾病、嗓音障碍病史及神经系统疾病,最近3个月内无咽喉部不适和呼吸系统疾病等,术前需排除患者口腔、

8、咽喉、及鼻腔病变,手术前后均未行雾化吸入等咽喉部特殊治疗。(2)检测方法:采用嗓音声学分析检测,参数有基频(F0)、基频(Jitter)、绝对音调微扰(Jita)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)、扰动商(APQ)、噪谐比(NHR)。结果:本研究中1.FO气管插管前后未见明显变化。2.插管术后第1日的Jitter值及Jita值增加较插管前具有统计学意义P<0.05,第3天时回降至术前水平大小。3.其他各参数值插管前后均
