3、·26个人简历·········································································································27中文摘要老年性黄斑变性药物治疗的研究进展摘要背景:世界范围内导致视力严重下降和不可逆丧失的主要原因是老年性黄斑变性(age-relatedmaculardegeneration,AMD),脉络膜新生血管(choroidalneovascularization,CNV)是老年性黄斑变性的重要病理改变,其好发
4、于黄斑区,导致中心视力严重下降甚至失明。迄今为止,国内外研究者对AMD进行了大量研究,但其发病机制仍不清楚。随着研究的进一步深入,衍生出一些针对AMD的新的治疗方法,为AMD治疗带来了新的希望。抗血管内皮生长因子(Antivascularendothelialgrowthfactor,anti-VEGF)药物的出现,是治疗新生血管性疾病的突破性进展,已成为AMD的标准治疗方法。它能有效抑制CNV的发生发展并改善患者视力。但是由于抗VEGF药物作用时间短,需多次重复注射,远期效果不理想。而且VEGF只是众多参与CNV发病机制的一个
5、重要因子,针对单一因素为目标的治疗并不能从根本上阻止疾病发展。因此如何最大限度改善视觉效果,减少治疗负担,防止视网膜萎缩仍是临床治疗AMD的难题。本综述总结了目前可用的抗VEGF药物,重点介绍了针对新生血管信号传递的多个环节的药物,以便为患者提供更有效的治疗。关键词:老年性黄斑变性,脉络膜新生血管化,视网膜,血管内皮生长因子,药物治疗1英文摘要NewTreatmentModalitiesforAge-RelatedMacularDegenerationABSTRACTObjective:Age-relatedmaculardeg
