7、························48血清1,25-二羟维生素D3水平与类风湿关节炎的关系摘要类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)是常见的自身免疫性疾病,主要的临床特点是对称性、进行性和侵蚀性的关节炎,具有较高的致残率和死亡率,患病率占世界总人口的0.5%~1.0%,其发病机制尚未阐明。近年有研究显示其发病机制可能与免疫平衡破坏有关。维生素D(VitaminD,VitD)是脂溶性固醇类衍生物,目前发现其生物学作用越来越多,已经超过传统范围,涉及肿瘤、内分泌、免疫等方面。越来越多研究发现,VitD与
8、多种自身免疫疾病相关,如系统性红斑狼疮(systemiclupuserythematosus,SLE)、RA等,在免疫系统中发挥重要的调节作用。RA患者经常伴有VitD缺乏,与疾病的病情活动和严重程度相关,且VitD还能
