2、年胃癌患者，利用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)血清1，25一(0H)2D3的浓度，并分析其浓度水平与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。结果在65例样本中测得，经病理诊断后未接受任何治疗之前的血清1，25．(0H)2D3起始浓度为(18．26±4．13)~tg／L，经治疗评估，出现进展时的浓度为(9．26±3．21)L，差异具有统计学意义(P=0．028o二者与肿瘤的临床分期及分化程度显著相关(P0．05o较高浓度的1，25一(0H)2D3(>201xg／L)明显改善老年胃癌患者的生存(P<0．0
