1、CFRP侧铣加工工艺研究ABSTRACTAtpresent,carbonfiberreinforcedpolymer(CFRP)compositesareincreasinglybeingusedforawiderangeofapplicationsintheaerospaceandautomotiveindustries,owingtotheirsuperiorphysicalandmechanicalproperties.However,thehighlyabrasivenatureofthecarbonfibersandthelowt
2、hermalconductivityoftheresinmatrixresultinrapidtoolwear,thusaffectingtheperformanceofcuttingtoolsandsurfacequality.Inviewofthis,T800/epoxyCFRPsidemillingexperimentswithcuttingtoolsofdifferentcoatingsandgeometriesaredonetorevealthefactorsinfluencethemachiningqualityandtooll
3、ife,whichwouldprovideatechnicalsupportfor“lowdefectsandlonglife”machining.Themainresearchworkscompletedareasfollows:(1)InfluenceofCFRPpropertyandcuttingtoolfeatureonmachiningqualityareanalyzedbysidemillingexperimentswithfixedcuttingparameters.Characteristicsandmechanismofm
4、achiningdefectsarealsoanalyzedaccordingtothetestingresultofsurfacequality.Aseriesofevaluationmethodisputforwardtoquantifysurfacequality.(2)PatternandmechanismoftoolweararestudiedbysidemillingexperimentsofmultidirectionalCFRPwithdifferentmills.Influencesoffiberdirectiononto
5、olwearisalsoanalyzedbysideexperimentswithdifferentcuttingdirections.Thebesttoolfeatureandcuttingdirectionisoptimizedtoreachalongtoollife.(3)Fullfactorexperimentiscarriedouttostudytheinfluenceofspindlespeednandfeedspeedvfonmachiningqualityandtoollife.Asetofcuttingparameters
