1、倒打髓内钉与股骨远端髁钢板治疗股骨髁上骨折疗效分析梁开心邓万洪江勇杨薛筠(重庆万盛南桐矿业公司总医院外三科重庆400802)【摘要】目的：探讨倒打髓内钉与股骨远端髁钢板手术方法对股骨髁上骨折的治疗效果，为临床股骨髁上骨折的治疗作出指导。方法：将2010年3月到2014年12只期间到我院接受治疗的股骨髁上骨折患者104例随机分为两组，分别行倒打髓内钉固定手术和股骨远端髁钢板固定手术，记录并比较两组患者的手术时间、手术过程中的出血量、切口长度，以及术后患者骨折愈合时间，并对两种方法治疗股骨髁上骨折的疗效进行评价。结果：倒打髓内钉组

2、患者的平均手术时间、手术过程中失血量、切口长度均显著性低于股骨远端髁钢板组(P<0.05);对倒打随内钉组患者和股骨远端髁钢板组患者和愈合时间合治疗疗效等级评定发现，两组骨折愈合时间、治疗优良率和疗效评分比较均无统计学意义(P>；0.05)o结论：倒打髓内钉和股骨远端髁钢板对股骨髁上骨折的治疗均具有良好的效果，但是倒打髓内钉固定方法在生物力学方面与股骨远端髁钢板固定方法相比有优越性。在临床使用时要根据患者实际情况选择固定方法，以期望达到最佳的治疗效果。【关键词】倒打髓内钉；股骨远端髁钢板；股骨髁上骨折【中图分类号】R
