1、建筑工程项目质量管理存在问题及对策探讨［手商要］作为建筑工程产品的工程项目，投资和消耗的人工、材料和能源都相当大，施工项目质量的优劣一方面关系到工程使用，关系到人民生命财产的安全和社会的安定，另一方面关系到企业的生存，所以把质量管理放在头等地位是当务之急。因此，研究如何加强工程项目质量管理有着重要的现实意义。近年来随着我国经济发展和全球化趋势的不断加剧，建筑施工企业参与国际建设市场竞争越来越多，已经由最初的单纯劳务承包发展到工程总承包。但从我国建筑企业实际情况看，工程项目质量管理与国际水平尚存在一定差距，并且工
2、程项目的建设投资大，建成及使用时期长，只有质量达到要求，才能投入正常的生产和使用，发挥投资效益，满足社会需要。本文对建筑企业工程质量管理中存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，并提出了一些相应的对策，以期为建筑企业工程质量管理体系的完善提供可供借鉴的思路。［关键i司］建筑企业、质量管理、工程质量Constructionprojectqualitymanagementproblemsandcountermeasures[Abstract]Projectasaconstructionengineeringproducts,
