3、hecity’speople’scongress,membersofthelocalcommitteeoftheChinesePeople’sPoliticalConsultativeConference,personagesofdemocratic,membersoftheAssociationofIndustryandCommerceandothers.Theymustbeatleast18yearsofage,andwillinglytobeavisitoratthemeeting.每次行政事务会议邀请10名市民参加。邀请参加重要会议
