1、电刺激联合康复治疗脑梗后偏瘫中肌电图动态监测的临床价值杨燕(达县人民医院康复科四川达州635000)【摘要】R的:探讨肌电图动态监测在脑梗塞后偏瘫行电刺激联合康复治疗屮的临床价值。方法:选取我院2013年1月-2015年1月我科收治的100例脑梗塞后偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组给予肌电图定位定量丁电刺激联合康复治疗,对照组给予低频电脉冲联合康复治疗,治疗过程屮均行肌电图仪持续监测,分析相应神经在刺激前后的电学变化。结果:观察组治疗后挠神经的传导速度为(53.93±3.92)m/s,明显快于治疗前,并快于对照组(47.31±3.91)m
2、/s,其组内和组间差异均有统计学意义,p<0.05;观察组正中神经传导速度为(54.08±3.71)m/s,明显快于治疗前,并快于对照组(46.09±4.12)m/s,p<0.05;观察组尺祌经的传导速度为(54.38±3.69)m/s,明显快于治疗前,并快于对照组(47.47±4.26)m/s;治疗后两组患者的运动电位潜伏期明显缩短,波幅增大,但治疗组较对照组更明显,p<0.05。结论:肌电图仪定位定量K电刺激联合康复治疗脑梗塞后偏瘫患者,可有效促进周围神经再生及神经功能恢复,值得临床推广使用。【关键词】肌电图
