1、断指、断肢再植术中的电子气压止血仪的应用和护理干预观察【摘要】目的分析断指、断肢再植术中电子气压止血仪的应用效果，总结最佳止血方案。方法80例行断指、断肢再植术的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组行常规止血带止血，观察组采用电子气压止血仪止血，且两组均进行护理干预，观察分析两组患者的止血效果。结果观察组总止血满意度95.0%高于对照组的75.0%，差异具存统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组舒适度评分为（0.4±0.7）分，明显优于对照组的（1.5±1.1）分，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后总并发症发生率5.0%低于对照组的20.0%，差异具有统计学意义（
