1、专业资料精心整理论我国城市社区服务存在的问题和对策探讨摘要城市社区服务是城市社区建设的核心内容。特别是20世纪80年代以后，随着中国经济体制改革的不断深入，社区服务的重要性和必要性日益突出，经过20年的实践与探索，我们在实践和理论上都取得了许多成果。同时，在这个过程中，如何建立社区服务的运行模式?如何界定政府在社区服务中的主导作用?如何看待社区成员的参与以及社区非营利组织的建设?如何加强社区服务队伍的建设和发展社区服务产业化等固有的和实践中产生的问题逐渐积累和暴露，这些问题是在特定的社会历史条件下产生和发展的，已经妨碍了社

2、区服务的进一步发展。因此，必须从推进社会经济、各项事业发展的角度研究社区服务，分析问题并提出解决问题的方法。本文从社区入手，侧重于对现阶段政府及其派出机构(街道办事处)开展社区服务的情况研究，在对社区服务进行理论界定的基础上，进而讨论我国社区服务存在的问题以及深化社区服务的对策。提出通过由政府主导拓展到社区联动、由资源分割拓展到资源共享、由社会福利服务拓展到社会保障服务、由福利性服务拓展到产业化经营，树立标准，不断提高社区服务水平。【关键字】社区社区服务存在问题对策下载可编辑专业资料精心整理AbstractThecityc
