1、浅析我国房屋拆迁存在的问题及对策摘要现阶段我国城镇化建设的进程正在加快推进，越来越多的房屋与建筑不得不面临征收与拆迁的命运。而在安土重迁的中国，房屋是安身立命之本，政府、法院、开发商、建筑公司、社会公众等拆迁主体之间，由于政治权利、公共利益、商业利益、个人利益等相关利益，引发出了许多在拆迁问题上的矛盾与纠纷，有关拆迁的重大案件频频发生，非法强制拆迁的现象也屡禁不止。本文将结合一些具体的有关房屋拆迁的案件，从我国现行的房屋拆迁的现状中指出房屋拆迁所存在的问题，提出一些相关完善房屋拆迁工作的建议与对策，让我国城镇化
