1、偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型的建立与评价罗钢1陈辉2古远云1白雪1杨思进1(1泸州医学院附属中医医院心脑病科2泸州医学院附属中医医院综合•老年病科,646000)摘要:目的:尝试建立并评价偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型。方法:使用人工气候箱风湿刺激加利血平化低5-HT伴局部脑血管痉挛协同诱导建立大鼠偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型,通过观察动物一般生命体征(活动、体重、眼眵、毛发、进食、大便),挠头次数,图像采集、分析技术研究模型大鼠风湿夹瘀证生物表征(舌象RGB)的变化及动物凝血、五羟色胺等,观察模型动物是否符合风湿夹瘀症候特征。结果:利血平组与
2、利血平加风湿造模组大鼠较对照组凝血时间明显缩短,痛阈降低,全血及脑内5-HT含量明显下降(P<0.01),利血平加风湿造模组大鼠眼眵增多,活动减少,进食减少,大便稀溏,舌象RGB值分析,对照组大鼠舌象淡红,利血平组舌象紫暗,利血平加风湿组舌质青灰,3组舌象RGB值有明显差异。结论:使用人工气候箱风湿刺激加利血平化低5-HT伴局部脑血管痉挛协同诱导可建立大鼠偏头痛风湿夹瘀证动物模型,但仍需进一步改进造模评价方法与流程。关键词:风湿夹瘀证偏头痛利血平证候模型中图分类号:Q95-34R255文献标识码:A文章编号:Establishme
