3、腹泻等症状。该病犬表现为精神抑郁，呕吐，腹泻，脱水，同时，我们要区分犬瘟热、犬细小与犬胃肠炎，这三种病的症状都是差不多，我们可以根据犬瘟热、犬细小测试板来排除，根据流行病学调查、临床症状和实验室诊断确诊为犬胃肠炎。治疗时主要是以保护胃肠黏膜、补充能量、维护心脏机能、调节酸碱与水盐代谢。【关键词】犬；胃肠炎；诊断；治疗DiagnosisandTreatmentofacaseofGastroenteritisinDogAbstract：Gastroenteritisisacommonconditionthatcausesinflam
