1、探讨伊曲康哇和派瑞松乳膏联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道炎大庆油田总医院163000【摘要】目的研宄分析伊曲康唑和派瑞松乳膏联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床效果观察。方法选取木院2013年2月〜2014年2月收治的真菌性外耳道炎患者150例作为研究对象。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分治疗组(伊曲康唑和派瑞松联合应用)、对照一组(派瑞松局部应用)、对照二组(伊曲康唑U服治疗)，每组50例，治疗前后比较疗效。结果治疗组痊愈37例，显效11例，好转1例，无效1例，总有效率98.0%。对照一组痊愈16例，显效16例，好转11例，无效7例，总有效率86.0%。对照二组痊愈1

2、5例，显效18例，好转11例，无效6例，总有效率88.0%。伊曲康唑和派瑞松联合使用对于外耳道真菌病的治疗效果要显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊曲康唑和派瑞松乳膏联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道，疗效显著，痊愈率高，比单纯应用伊曲康唑或派瑞松乳膏更具优势，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】真菌性外耳道炎；伊曲康唑；派瑞松乳膏[Abstract]ObjectiveTostudytheanalysiscombinationofitraconazoleandpevisonecreaminthetreatmentoffungalotitisexterna
