1、建设工程项目管理存在问题摘要：建设工程项目管理工作是一项综合的管理工作，是一项全面的系统工程，它贯穿于项目全过程，对项目的工程质量和经济社会效益的实现有着重要作用。但是随着时代的发展和行业的进步，我国建设工程项目管理工作中存在的一些问题也日益凸现出来，本文结合笔者多年经验，对这些问题进行了简要分析，并有针对性的提出了建设工程项目管理规范化发展的建议。关键词：建设项目；工程管理；问题abstract:theworkofconstructionprojectmanagementisanintegratedmanagementofa
