1、刘卫22.浙江省嘉善县第一人民68例光化性药疹临床研究朱敏刚1魏盛2王音2朗晓波(1.浙江省嘉善县第二人民医院皮肤科314100医院皮肤科314100)【摘要】目的探讨临床应用药物与光化性药疹发生的关系以及光化性药疹的特点。方法对我院2004年6月至2015年5月门诊诊断为光化性药疹患者临床资料进行W顾性分析。结果68例患者中有37例为噻嗪类药物所致，19例为喹诺酮类抗菌药所致，另有12例为其他药物引起；皮损仅局限于暴光部位的62例，主要表现为水肿性红斑，少数患者有丘疹、丘疱疹甚至大疱；皮损同时累及非暴光部位的有6例，皮损表现为湿疹样皮损等多形性损害;所有患者在停用可疑致敏药物及避光后，口服

2、抗组胺药、烟酰胺或屮小剂娬糖皮质激素，外用炉甘石洗剂或糖皮质激素乳膏。65例患者皮损于1〜4周内基本消退，但有3例患者在2月后仍有皮损。结论噻嗪类利尿剂及喹诺酮类抗菌药是目前引起光化性药疹最常见的药物。临床医生对药物的光敏反应及其临床特点认识不足，易导致误诊而不能及时采取相应措施，部分患者可引起持久光反应。【关键词】药疹；噻嗪类；喹诺酮类Clinicalanalsisof68patientswithphotosensitizationeruptionZhuMin-gang，WeiSheng，WangYin,HuXiao-bo，LiuWei,DepartmentofDematology，The

6、tientswereeffectivlycontrolledwithin1-4weeks，buttherewere3patientswasstillhaveskinlesionsevenwithfurtherFollow-upoftwomonths.ConclusionThiazinediureticsandquinolonesantibioticsarethemostfrequentinducethephotosensitizationeruption.Theclinicianhadinsufficientunderstandingandattentionofthephotosensiti

7、zationeruption，makeitsdiagnosiswrongormissed,andinducedpartsofpatientssufferedbythepersistenceofphotoallergic.【Keywords】Drugeruptions；Thiazines；quinolones光化性药疹属于外源性光敏性皮炎的一种，是在内用光敏性药物同时皮肤受晒后引起的一种炎症反应［1］。已知可引
