1、摘要本文阐述了一个基于WEB的项目管理系统(PMIS)的体系结构和设计实现过程。系统采用的三层体系结构，JSP-API-SQL开发，即前端由JSP网页实现表现逻辑，后端使用SQL数据库实现数据逻辑，并提出了在线项目管理系统解决方案，提出了多项目分类处理原则。结合我们对项目管理知识的了解，本系统实现了对于项目的基本增加、修改、删除功能，实现了对于合同、标书、质量文件按项目的分类查询；实现了对于不同部门用户权限的管理；系统在Windows2000平台下开发，能满足中小企业项目管理的需要。关键词：PMIS，WE
