2、heReed摘要随着信息资源数字化、网络化的迅速发展，高校图书馆信息资源和各项服务逐渐实现电子化、数字化与网络化，图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务应运而生，虚拟参考咨询服务从内容到手段等方面相比传统参考咨询服务都发生了巨大的变化。我国高校图书馆的虚拟参考咨询服务刚刚起步，大多数的高校图书馆只是提供非实时、非交互的虚拟参考咨询服务。因此,有必要采取相应的措施来完善和加强这项服务。本文第一章主要分析了图书馆传统参考咨询服务和虚拟参考咨询服务的起源、概念和特点，以及国内外相关研究情况；第二章首先论述了我国高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的特点、意义，然后指出了其发展的不足和问题；第三章主要针对前一章提出问题，给
