2、方案。在变速器传动机构的分析中,合理选择换挡结构形式及倒档布置方案。综合分析变速器操纵机构的类型,确定换挡位置。变速器的主要参数如档位数、传动比、中心距等的确定。变速器轴向尺寸要根据经验,合理选用出选值。齿轮相关原始参数确定后,选择齿轮模数、齿形、压力角、螺旋角、齿宽、齿顶高系数等,按照初选中心距分配常啮合齿轮齿数。进而确定其他齿轮齿数,得到各对齿轮理论中心距,由理论中心距和实际中心距计算出相应齿轮的变位系数,并对齿轮进行强度校核。对同步器进行简单介绍,包括其结构、工作原理等,确定同步器各项参数。计算轴的
