6、lumnarepithelialcells.Luminalcellsmay showdecapitationsecretion.Thestromaisinfiltratedbyanumerousplasmacells.Malformedsebaceousglandsandhairstructuresmaybepresent.SyringomaEpidermisisnormal.Upperdermisshowsnumeroussmallepithelialductsembeddedinscleroticstroma.Thewalls

7、oftheductsarelinedbytwolayersofcuboidalorflatepithelialcells.Ductallumencontainseosinophilic,amorphousdebris.Someductshaveelongatedtailsofepithelialcellsthatproduceacomma-shapedortadpoleappearance.Syringomaisabenignadnexalneoplasmformedbywell-differentiatedductalelement
