4、ancialgrowthandsuccess.Butwhenitcomestocrisismanagement,theyoftenfailtothinkandprepareforthoseeventualitiesthatmayleadtoacompany’stotalfailure.Safetyviolations,plantsinneedofrepairs,unioncontracts,managementsuccession,andchoosingabrandname,etc.canbecomecrisesforwhichmanycompaniesfailtobeprepar
5、eduntilitistoolate.Thetendency,ingeneral,istolookatthecompanyasaperpetualentitythatrequiresplansforgrowth.Ignoringtheprobabilitiesofdisasterisnotgoingtoeliminateordelaytheiroccurrences.Strategicplanningwithoutinclusionofcrisismanagementislikesustaininglifewithoutguaranteeinglife.Onereasonsoman
