1、高脂血症患者血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数与血栓形成危险因子的相关性研究【摘要】目的:探讨高脂血症患者血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数与血尿酸、血粘等血栓形成危险因子的关系。方法:选取2006年3月至2010年12月期间在我院体检的81例高脂血症患者和80例正常血脂人群作为本组研究对象,分别测定两组受试者血脂包括总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密白脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,血尿酸、全血粘度,血小板聚集功能及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量,同时根据TG与HDL-C两者之比的对数转换值计算两组受试者的血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数值,
2、并采用多元线性回归分析其与血尿酸、全血粘度,血小板聚集功能及血清CRP含量的关系。结果:高脂血症组患者AIP明显高于对照组人群(P<0.05),且AIP与LDL-C、血尿酸、全血粘度,血小板聚集功能呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症患者血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数与患者血尿酸、血粘等血栓形成危险因关系密切,可通过早期了解患者血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数,同时早期监测患者血尿酸及血粘等血栓形成危险因子水平,便于及时准确的评估患者发生心脑血管疾病的危险性,从而指导早期采取合理的干预措施,降低心脑血管事件的发生。【小清新】高
