1、Error!Notextofspecifiedstyleindocument.摘要知识经济一体化推动了各国和各都市产业结构层次的升级换代，产业的生产服务领域也不断延伸。其中办公以其高信息密集、高产业效率、高劳动密集和低成本投入的特征，已逐步成为当今现代一些主要大都市劳动就业人口核心聚集领域。办公楼项目是房地产开发的一个重要组成部分,随着我国城市商业、金融业、保险业、服务业、代理业、中介服务业的发展,从长远的角度来看,办公楼项目具有十分广阔的市场前景。本设计主要研究框架结构的设计与计算，通过对丰满区办公楼的设计与计算，系统理论地掌握框架结构的一般设计步骤及方法
2、，运用框架结构的一般设计方法，在新的规范及建筑手册指导下完成对丰满区办公楼的设计与计算。把理论联系到实际，全面系统地掌握框架结构的设计方法。重点是柱网布置与荷载确定，以及抗震计算。以概率极限状态研究方法为指导，依据最新规范进行设计。本设计不仅具有一定的理论意义，而且有一定的实用价值。关键词：荷载；办公楼；框架结构；抗震设计55--Error!Notextofspecifiedstyleindocument.AbstractTheintegrationofknowledgeandeconomyhasturnedtopushallcountriestochang
