1、东北大学毕业设计(论文)工程名称：办公楼____________________________________________________________________________________________________摘要本毕业设计的题目为辽阳某办公楼设计。毕业设计是土木工程专业本科培养计划中最后一个主要教学环节，也是最重要的综合性实践教学环节，目的是通过毕业设计，培养土木工程专业本科生总合应用所有基础课、技术基础课及专业课知识和相应技能，解决具体的土木工程设计问题所需的综合能力和创新能力。本设计主要包括两个阶段的设计：第一阶段为建筑设计，第二阶段为结构设计。建筑设计阶段

2、：根据建筑设计的依据以及建筑设计的基本原则，结合住宅设计的功能要求，在多个初步方案经济技术证明的基础上选择了本设计方案，并进行了住宅建筑的平面、立面以及剖面设计。结构设计阶段：选取框架KJ—3及其基础进行计算。确定框架计算简图；计算其上的荷载标准值包括恒载、活载、风载、雪载和地震作用以及框架在各种荷载单独作用下的内力，在此基础上进行内力组合；并根据抗震要求将框架梁、柱进行内力调整；然后选取最不利的内力来进行框架梁、柱的配筋计算。通过此次设计使我们掌握了科学的思维方式和正确的设计思想，以及综合运用所学理论、知识和技能分析和解决实际问题的能力。关键词：办公楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；柱下独立
