1、摘要本次毕业设计所完成的是位于土木学院办公楼的建筑与结构设计。该办公楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，其建筑面积大约在6217平方米左右。在建筑设计阶段，我们展开了一系列地实地调研与可行性分析。结合设计原始资料确定了设计方案，并完成了建筑物的平面设计、立面设计与剖面设计，绘制了相应的建筑施工图。在结构设计阶段，依据既定方案进行该办公楼的结构选型及结构布置。按照7度抗震设防要求对建筑物抵抗水平地震作用的能力进行了必要地设计计算，并先后完成了竖向荷载作用下框架的内力分析与最不利内力组合，梁、柱的配筋设计，以及现浇楼面板配筋计算，基础和楼梯的设计与计算。最后
2、是施工图的设计，根据上述计算结果，来最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及结构构件的构造措施。设计过程中，参阅了房屋建筑制图统一标准、建筑设计防火规范、混凝土结构设计规范、建筑抗震设计规范、建筑地基基础设计规范以及国家建筑标准设计图集等资料，保证了设计的功能性、合理性，并符合相关规范规定。关键词：土木办公楼建筑结构设计钢筋混凝土框架结构ABSTRACTThegraduationprojectiscompletedinUniversity,aschoolofcivilengineeringofficeinthearchitecturalandstructur
