3、residingformorethanoneyear.3,responsiblefortheproblemofthefederalexecutiveauthorityoflocalinstitutions(hereinafterreferredtoasthehouseagency),accordingtoforeigncitizensbehavior(stateless)IamattheendoftheRussianFederationtemporaryresidencepermitintheperiodbeforethefirstsixmonthst

4、osubmitawrittenapplicationtotheinteriormechanism,toforeigncitizens(statelesstheresidencepermitissued).Theresidencepermitforforeigncitizens(statelesspersons)under18yearsofageisissuedinaccordancewiththewrittenapplicationsubmittedbytheparentsorlegalrepresentativestotheinternalagenc
