1、农村学生辍学原因及对策研究摘要自实施义务教育以来,控辍工作取得了一定的成效。但辍学问题并没有得到彻底的解决,甚至出现了反弹的现象。在农村辍学者随处可见。中国是一个农业大国,农村人口占全国总人口的63.9﹪。中国的教育问题实质是农村的教育问题。“百年大计,教育为本”。农村的教育问题关系到全社会人口素质的提高﹑关系到国家的发展。农村教育资源匮乏、师资力量不足及教师观念落后、教材编写难且不适宜农村需要还有打工潮的盛行,这些都是导致农村学生辍学的重要原因。只有加强农村经济和文化的建设、提高教师教育新理念的认识、鼓励大学生到农村就业努力开发地方课程资源
