1、组合药敏纸片技术及装置的研究【摘要】目的:设计一种组合药敏纸片的方法,并制作其装置。方法:在与培养皿等大的白纸片上,通过计算培养皿的面积在里面画七个最大面积等大的圆,在圆的中心做上清晰的标记,做药敏时,将培养皿放在此定位器上,将不同的药物纸片分别放到标志上。将与平皿同样大小的铁板均匀的焊七个短细钢针,再用同样大小的铁板钻七个小孔与之对应,分别焊2个柄焊成剪子或钳子的结构,使用时先高压灭菌,然后将所选药敏纸片插到钢钉上,将铁片和培养皿对齐,用手一捏纸片落入培养皿内,用无菌镊子稍压即可。结果:将原来的多次操作变为一次操

8、卫生组织推荐的KB法[1],其原理是将分离培养后的细菌接种到固体培养基上,然后把含有不同药物的药敏纸片放置到上述培养基上,通过药物的梯度扩散,检测细菌对药物的敏感性。这种操作方法不仅繁琐、药敏纸片分布不匀,而且污染机会大,易造成结果不准确。我们设计了一种组合药敏纸片的方法,对细菌药敏实验的方法进行了改进。本法可以使药敏纸片在培养基上分布均匀,减少污染机会及
