1、直营货品盘点管理规定及处罚制度1、范围本标准规定了圣捷罗直营总部对终端盘点流程及相关规范作业；圣捷罗直营终端盘点流程及相关规范作业本标准适用于圣捷罗直营货品盘点管理2、职责权限2.1直营销售管理部负责不定期对直营终端库存盘点抽查2.2直营办事处货品主管及终端店铺负责店铺每月一次盘点2.3直营办事处经理负责对该管辖片区监督管理3、盘点管理规定3.1直营总部对终端盘点管理规定3.1.1直营总部销售管理部不定期对直营办事处（子店）库存抽查；3.1.2盘点小组由销售管理部，办事处财务以及办事处货品主管组成
2、；3.1.3盘点结果提交直营总部总监以及办事处财务备案。3.2直营终端货品盘点规定3.2.1直营终端店铺分每月月底一次小盘点，三月一次大盘点；3.2.2盘点小组组由办事处货品主管，店长（店员）组成；3.2.3盘点结果提价办事处经理，办事处财务以及直营总部销售管理部。3.3直营盘点盈亏处理直营终端货品盘点结果有差异的如同款串码的门店自行调整；串款，少货，多货等情况由办事处货品主管走圣杰罗直营库存盈亏上报审批，审批通过后进行系统库存盘点库存盘点盈亏表见附录。4、处罚制度4.1直营终端库存盘点差异≧5%
