3、肿瘤的可能性,从而为临床诊断提供代谢依据。方法收集经临床确诊的乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺浸润性导管癌病人血清各8例,通过核磁共振1HNMR技术检测其血清代谢组特征,分别采用主成分分析(principlecomponentanalysis,PCA)和正交最小偏二乘—判别法(orthogonalsignalcorrectionpartialleastsquaresdiscriminationanalysis,OPLS-DA)分析纤维腺瘤与浸润性导管癌两者之间的代谢差异。结果PCA和OPLS-DA分析显示两者有明显的代谢差异。对比乳
4、腺纤维腺瘤患者血清代谢特征,发现在恶性肿瘤浸润性导管癌患者血清中脂类物质、乳酸、磷脂酰胆碱/甘油磷脂酰胆碱的含量是升高的,而谷氨酰胺、牛磺酸、肌酸和葡萄糖是降低的。这些代谢物的改变涉及糖代谢,脂质代谢和氨基酸代谢等多个代谢通路的改变。结论乳腺纤维腺瘤病人与乳腺浸润性导管癌病人在血清代谢水平上有明显差异,这些具有显著性变化的代谢物可作为潜在血清代谢标志物,为临床区分良恶性肿瘤并确定治疗方案提供参考。[关键词]核磁共振;乳腺纤维腺瘤;浸润性导管癌;代谢组学The1HNMR-basedserummetabonomicsstu
