3、市場，音樂產業的型態又可能產生新的轉變，然其管理方式與產業已經起步，但仍未達成熟階段，相關法令亦付之闕如，在缺乏商業經營技巧與法律保護的情形下，與國外音樂產業的競爭力令人擔憂；國內利益團體修法又未顧及所有從業人員之需求及利益，未來音樂產業的發展勢必因而受阻而喪失國際競爭力。本研究將透過「滾石可樂」音樂網站的運作模式，分析這種特殊的經營模式與可能的獲利方式，並探求滾石可樂網站與創作樂團間的法律關係。本研究採取透過文獻探討、深度訪談與案例分析的方式，勾勒出兩者的互動現象。其次，相對於美國音樂產業對於團體之間內部關係的積極建立，台灣創作團體對於這一方面的重視度並不
