2、心肌梗死模型,测定心肌梗死面积,血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)及肾L腺素(E)含量,血清血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)及血浆肾素(R)活性结果PQDS12.5,25,50mg/kg舌下静脉给药.对急性心肌梗死241;大鼠可明显缩小心肌梗死面积,降低血清CK及LDH活性,并明显降低血清NE,E含量及血消ACE和血浆R活性。结论PQDS对急性心肌缺血具有保护作用,可能与其抑制交感肾上腺髓质过度兴奋,减少儿茶酚胺(CA)大量分泌及其抑制RAS激话,减少血管紧张素II(A
