2、值;同时测定冠脉血流量。结果3种部位人参皂苷均具有显著改善犬急性心肌缺血的作用,在减轻心肌缺血程度,增加冠脉血流量等方面,作用强度基本相当。但人参全草提取的皂苷在减小心肌梗死面积,增加6一Keto—PGF。。/TXB:的比值方面较人参根提取皂苷、人参茎叶提取皂苷作用强。根和茎叶提取的皂苷作用无显著性差异。结论3种不同部位的人参皂苷均有明显对抗犬急性心肌缺血的作用,但药物作用强度有所不同。关键词:心肌缺血;人参皂苷;心外膜电图;冠脉流量中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:A文章编号:1003—9783(2006)02—0083—04ComparativeStu
