2、心投资建设,由4幢高层及裙房,附带下沉式广场及餐饮娱乐设施组成,场地下均设有两层地下室相连通,为框剪和框架结构。建筑场地地表绝对标高在+2.48m和+3.85m之间,以1985国家高程基准为准。基坑实际开挖深度分布:北侧约7.5m,西侧及南侧、东侧均为10m。基坑开挖深度在7.00m-9.00m之间。结合本工程地质、环境、挖深等诸多因素确定安全可靠的支护方案;为基坑土方开挖和地下室施工创造一个安全干燥的施工环境;考虑到邻近坑边有建筑和道路(下设有水、电、气等管线),为确保安全,以“变形”控制设计。本着“安全
