5、unctionalpublictransportsystem,thusprotectingtheregionalpositionandachieve南昌工程学院本科毕业论文摘要中部地区在我国具有重要的战略地位，发展中部经济意义重大，目前关于它的发展问题已经有了国家的宏观政策。在国内多个经济区域先后成为外商投资热点的时候，中部地区的发展也迎来了新的发展机遇。中部地区外资的引进在一定程度上可以弥补中部地区存在的“技术缺口”和“资金缺口”，有利于中部地区技术水平和经济水平的提高，但不容忽视的是在吸引外资的过程中存在着诸多
6、问题。本文首先对我国中部地区引进外资的现状进行了分析，结合在新形势下我国中部地区吸收外商投资的机遇，并从投资观念、国家政策、资源利用、区域人才、科研投入和后发劣势等几个方面分析了中部地区吸收外商投资存在问题的原因，最后结合其原因，提出了我国中部地区吸收外商投资的对策建议。关键词：中部地区吸引外资现状对策I南昌工程学院本科毕业论文AbstractTheCentralRegionhasbeenstandinginasignificantstrategicpositioninourcountry.Sinceitisofg
