2、g6.6.1first摘要进入21世纪，全球经济格局发生重大变化。中国稳定崛起。从2002年起，“新常态”一词在欧美国家出现，主要形容金融危机之后西方国家经济恢复的缓慢而痛苦的过程。2014年5月，习近平提出中国经济新常态，向世界描述中国经济的一系列新表现。2014年11月北京APEC第22次会议和在澳大利亚的G20峰会上，中国经济新常态成为广泛关注的热词。2014年12月中央经济工作会议上，把经济发展新常态确定为中国经济未来发展的主旋律。本文首先介绍经济新常态提出的背景、意义、定义以及五大基本特征，然后阐述了经济新常态对中国经
