1、第34卷第9期2011年9月北京中医药大学学报Vo1.34No.9Sep.2011JournalofBeijingUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine623红芪和黄芪水提物对小鼠免疫功能影响的差异胡燕程卫东刘欣王学习(兰州大学中西医结合研究所甘肃730000)摘要:目的探讨红芪和黄芪水提物对小鼠免疫功能影响的差异,进一步指导临床用药。方法清洁级昆明种小鼠120只,随机分为5组,黄芪组(20g/kg黄芪),红芪低、中、高剂量组(10、20、40g/kg红芪)和空白组(0.02mL/g生理盐水)。所有动物灌胃给药,1
2、次/d,连续15d,检测脾脏和胸腺指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发性变态反应、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞杀伤活性和细胞因子IL-2和IL.4。结果与空白组比较,红芪和黄芪水提物均能提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾T淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞杀伤活性,促进细胞因子IL一2和IL4的分泌(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与黄芪组比较,红芪中、高剂量组的T淋巴细胞增殖力、NK细胞活性和促进细胞因子IL-2和IL-4的分泌能力高于黄芪组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论红芪水提物对小鼠某些免疫功能的调节作用优于黄芪。关键词:红芪;黄芪;自然杀伤细胞;白细胞介素一2;白细
