2、次／d，连续15d，检测脾脏和胸腺指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发性变态反应、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞杀伤活性和细胞因子IL-2和IL．4。结果与空白组比较，红芪和黄芪水提物均能提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾T淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞杀伤活性，促进细胞因子IL一2和IL4的分泌(P<0．05，P<0．01)。与黄芪组比较，红芪中、高剂量组的T淋巴细胞增殖力、NK细胞活性和促进细胞因子IL-2和IL-4的分泌能力高于黄芪组(P<0．05，P<0．01)。结论红芪水提物对小鼠某些免疫功能的调节作用优于黄芪。关键词：红芪；黄芪；自然杀伤细胞；白细胞介素一2；白细
