3、sinvivoroleremainsunclear.Orthopedics,AffiliatedHospitalofOBJECTIVE:TostudytheeffectoflocalutilizationofTGF-β1onproteoglycanexpressioninrabbitdegeneratedlumbardiscs.JiningMedicalMETHODS:Thirty-sixNewZealandwhiterabbitsweredividedintotwogroupsrandomly,with6i
4、ncontrolgroupand30inmodelCollege,Jininggroup.Thelumbarstructurewasdestroyedpartlyinthemodelgroup.After12weeks,theintervertebraldiscdegenerationwas272000,ShandongtestifiedbyX-rayinmodelgroup.Sixrabbitschosenrandomlyfromthemodelgroupandallrabbitsinthecontrolg
5、roupwereProvince,China;2DepartmentofkilledandtheorganizationsoftheintervertebraldiscsofL4-5wereharvested.Meanwhile,therestrabbitsinmodelgroupwereOrthopedics,dividedintotwogroupsrandomly,whichwasinjectedwithTGF-β1saline.Therabbitswerekilledby2and4weeksafteri
