4、primarilyculturedrabbits7LEC/nvitro.·METHODS:Culturedrabbits’Iensepithelialcellsprimarilyinvitro.thenturnedtoplateswhentheynearlyfused.Setupcontrolgroupandexperimentgroup,thecontrolgroupwastraining12dayswithoutdrugs,othersweredecorintreatmentgroup(threeconc
5、entrationgroupsof10,1.0,0.1mg/L)for6days’treatmentaftertraining6days.ELISAusedineachgroupintheculturemediumsuIpernatantofTGF·B1Ievels,statisticsexpressionofa—SMAbyimmunocytochemistryandcomputerimageanalysis.·RESULTS:TheleveIofTGF—B1anda—SMAofthreeexperiment
6、groupswassignificantlylowerthanthelevelofcontrolgroup(P<0.01).Andimmunocytochemistryfiguresshowedthatexperimentgroup’shypertrophiedcellsandpositivestainingincytoplasmwasmuchlowerthancentreIgroup.Itdemonstrateddecorinhadsignificantinhibitioneffect.Moreover.a
