3、gprocess.Thisstudyexplorestherangeofpedagogicaltoolsusedin24MOOCs,includingtheepistemo-logicalandsocialdimensionsofinstruction,toconsidertheextenttowhichthesecoursesprovidestudentswithKeywords:high-quality,collaborativelearningexperiences.Findingssuggestthattherange
4、ofpedagogicalpracticescurrent-Massiveopenonlinecourses(MOOCs)lyusedinMOOCstendstowardanobjectivist-individualapproach,withsomeeffortstoincorporatemorecon-OnlineeducationEngagedteachingandlearningstructivistandgroup-orientedapproaches.ByexaminingMOOCsthroughthelensof
5、engagedteachingandCriticalpedagogylearning,thisstudyraisesconcernsaboutthedegreetowhichMOOCsareactuallyrevolutionizinghighereduca-Studentengagementtionbyusingtechnologytoimprovequality,andchallengeseducatorstostriveformorecreativeandempoweringformsofopenonlinelearni
