2、术建立动物模型,矫正度数-9.00D。术后裂隙灯显微镜对各组角膜的haze分级,并取不同时间点角膜组织,应用超微结构组织化学方法观察PG的变化。结果:异常PG主要沉积在角膜的前部基质;haze在术后3周明显,随着时间的推移逐渐减轻。haze愈明显,PG改变亦明显。结论:PRK术后切削区角膜基质浅层PG的异常改变与角膜haze的形成密切相关。[关键词]角膜切削术;屈光性;准分子激光;角膜混浊[中图分类号]R772[文献标识码]AStudiesonthechangeofproteoglycaninthecornealtissueafterphoto
