2、心宁注射液含生药2.88g/kg,丹参一川芎低、高剂量组分别给予丹参一川芎水提取物有效组分注射液含生药2.43g/kg和4.86g/kg;假手术组和模型组给予等量生理盐水。于缺血40min、再灌注120min取血后处死动物,测定血中肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB)、6-酮一前列腺素F,。(6一keto—PGFt。)、血栓素Bz(TXB:)含量和血小板最大聚集率,并且测定心肌梗死程度。结果丹参一川芎低、高剂量组心肌梗死面积((23.0士3.8)%、(20.8士4.7)%]较模型组((29.
