1、家具企业物流配送管理研究---以xx家俱有限公司为例摘要随着家具企业间竞争的日益激烈与市场的日益规范，要求企业必须依靠完善内部管理、提高质量、降低成本去重新获得发展的机会，现代物流是家具企业降低成本、取得竞争优势的重要来源，配送是直接与消费者相连的重要环节，地位十分突出。家具企业要想取得竞争优势，必须找到新的切入点，除了在管理、服务方面创新外，还应该在其物流配送上进行有效的改进。跟其他产品物流相比，家具物流还有其自身的特点：家具本身体积比较大，且不能随意压缩分割，需要占用更多的运输空间；再加上消费者对家具产品的运输要求比较高，产品外观的破损、油漆的脱落都会影响购买行为和顾客满意度；如何针
