3、新的说聚徒讲学徒属满天下与儒学并称儒墨显学墨子有尚贤之说他主张举义不贫贱举义不避亲疏举义不避远近他要求贤才必须厚乎德行辩乎言谈博乎道术他要求对于贤才应当是高予之爵重予之禄任之以事断予之令曰爵位不高则民弗敬蓄禄不厚则民不信政令不断则官服事主张以劳殿赏量功而分禄目前我国形成了对墨学研究的一个热潮但对《墨子》人才思想观念进行的研究的成果并不多而且观点尚还存在分歧深入研究墨子人才思想观念的根源产生研究引向深入而且汲其精华去其糟粕对于贯彻落实科学发展人才观正确选拔任用人才借鉴和服务于当前社会也是很有裨益的
