1、河北大学2011级本科生学年论文浅析我国的行政赔偿法律制度摘要随着行政诉讼法、国家赔偿法的颁布实施,我国的行政赔偿制度逐步建立起来了,但法律不能仅仅停留在理论层面上,最关键的还是对现实问题的解决;而我国的行政赔偿制度不仅在理论上还不够成熟完善,而且在实际的操作上还存在诸多的问题。本文就此谈了自己的一些粗浅看法,并就行政赔偿制度建立的法理基础及其行政赔偿制度的完善作了一定的探讨。关键词:行政赔偿;问题;完善he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthem
