1、抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸治疗肝癌的临床研究作者：陆启民，江文枢，韦杨年【摘要】目的观察针对性抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸治疗原发性肝癌患者的疗效，了解抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸疗法治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法对拒绝化疗、放疗、手术或不能手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者59例，随机分为抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸治疗组（治疗组）31例和生理盐水注射液组（对照组）28例。监测治疗前和每个疗程结束后患者原发病灶、转移灶、血尿肝功能以及AFP等，同时观察患者的症状与体征改善变化。结果治疗组31例，改善20例（65％），稳定4例（13％），无效7例（22%），总有效率78%。对照组

2、28例，改善9例（32％）,稳定3例（11％）,无效13例（46％）,总有效率43％。两组疗效差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前血常规、尿常规、肝功能，AFP差异无显著性（P>0.05），治疗后两组虽均有不同程度变化和改变，但差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论原发性肝癌患者单用或手术治疗同用抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸早期有明显疗效并能提高生活质量，治疗意义大。【关键词】抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸；原发性肝癌【Abstract】ObjectiveTounderstandtherapeuticeffectofimmuneribon
